Tom did a bathroom remodel for us this February 2009. We are thrilled with the end result! We were very impressed with the high quality of the work, the outstanding customer service, and the willingness to go the extra mile.
We own a 1926 Colonial in the Forest Park area of springfield, and as with any old house, nothing is ever straight forward. Tom and his foreman were highly knowledgeable about all things an old house could throw at them. They made sure the job was done thoroughly so there would be no chance there could be any problems later. All of the craftsmanship was exceptional.
It was apparent from the beginning of the project to the end that customer service was Tom s highest priority. He sat down and explained everything he was going to do before the project began, and he or his foreman continually kept us updated on the work as it transgressed. Tom made sure the work caused as little disruption as possible and would keep us updated on the work that would be done in coming days. Everything was always very clean at the end of each day. My sincere gratitude to Centennial Construction for completing another construction project worthy of Rave reviews! How you added a closet to a small room without having the room appear even smaller amazes me. The new closet looks like it was part of the original home construction " great finish carpentry!
Other projects to Rave about included:
* Dismantled a rotted back porch area roof, and replaced house shingles in affected area
* Built new front porch railings
* Replaced two windows resulting in much improved appearance & home insulation
I originally selected Centennial Construction over other people I interviewed because you provided a clear, concise plan for tackling my home improvement projects. You started the project as promised, and completed the work in a timely professional manner, and went above and beyond my expectations in each case. You have also been a team leader in recommending other companies who provide services not offered by your company, but have the same high standards of workmanship.
I will continue to seek the services of Centennial Construction in the future, and you are not allowed to even consider retirement.
